The request form helps you reset a lost or forgotten PIN, Lurepro. 

 

After sending the requirements, the company's payroll admin or primary principal will have to reach out to our payroll support. An agent will pull up your account and generate a new PIN. Here's how:

  1. Click Help inside QuickBooks.
  2. Go to QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter "New Direct Deposit PIN" in the description field, then click Continue.
  5. Select either Start messaging or Get a callback

Let me share the reference on how to change the PIN for processing direct deposit payroll.

Clicking help doesn't offer me a contact us link. I only get a box to type in a question. This is horrible. I have been trying to process payroll for more than 2 hours and can't find any help at all.
