Louisiana SUI filing report

I am trying to find a report to help me file Louisiana SUI for the quarter. Unfortunately, Louisiana forces you to file through their state unemployment web portal, an electronic filing directly through QBO is not an option.

Ideally, I would like the report to be broken down by employee and show total wages earned for the month, as this is how Louisiana requires the reporting to be done in their portal. I have yet to find anything in QBO that even breaks down taxes owed by employee, let alone anything useful for my purposes aside from the total amount due for the quarter.

 

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

Louisiana SUI filing report

You've come to the right person, mdstephens83. I'm here to help you get those reports in QuickBooks Online.

 

We can pull up the Payroll Details Report that shows the paychecks you've created, including the amount, taxes, and deductions. I'll walk you through the steps:

 

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Enter Payroll Details in the search field.
  3. Select the Date Range.
  4. In the Employee drop-down menu, select Summary by Employee.
  5. Click on Run report.
