Manually enter payroll with assisted payroll

I use ASSISTED PAYROLL on QB DESKTOP

I had to process payroll on an old QB file.  I sent it to Intuit and it was processed.

Now I need to enter the payroll into the current QB file, but I do not want to send it to intuit:

1) late fee

2) Intuit already has it. 

I know how to enter the paychecks/payroll but when I go to save it I'm told that the payroll is late and I have to pay a late fee.  I was hoping I could simply save the payroll.

 

How do I record the payroll information?

I'll take care of this query for you. 

 

For QuickBooks Desktop Assisted Payroll, it's a required step for you to send your payroll info. Another thing to take note, you only need to create the paychecks in the same company file where you send the direct deposit paychecks. With that said, there isn't an option to manually record your payroll if you're using the Assisted Payroll service.
