Mileage for 3/4/20-3/6/20 does not seem to have been tracked. Auto-tracking was on. Is there something wrong with QB mileage tracking?

Thanks for giving us the details and let me provide you information about mileage tracking.

 

Currently, our engineers are investigating to find the cause to fix this issue. The case code is INV-41955, where customers are unable to track their mileage.

 

Please contact our Care Support Team to attach your account to the investigation. You'll be updated via email once they have fixed the issue.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to Assistant on the upper right pane.
  2. Enter "Talk to a human" and then provide your query.
  3. Click I still need a human.
  4. Choose to Get a callback.

 

In the meantime, you can manually track your milage by:

  1. Select Mileage.
  2. Select Add Trip.
  3. Add the trip date, starting/ending locations, distance, and trip purpose.
  4. Select Save.
