Missing 14 days trips in mileage

I'll help you fix this, @jechalo.

If you have missing trips on your mobile devices, you can follow these troubleshooting steps to fix it. Here's how:

First, let's make sure auto-tracking is on in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

  1. Open the QBSE app.
  2. Select the Menu icon.
  3. Go to the Mileage menu.
  4. Click and turn on Auto-tracking. If you're setting up tracking for the first time, select Allow and then Allow all the time. This lets the app run in the background.

Next, make sure the app keeps tracking trips when you're in slow-moving traffic.

  1. Click the Menu icon.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click Mileage settings.
  4. Turn on the Track slow speed trips setting.

Once done, check your device's location settings and make sure that the QBSE app is running in the background.

Since Android devices have slightly different operating systems, the steps vary. Use Google's steps to make sure QuickBooks can run in the background.

If you can't still find the missing trips, you can follow the succeeding steps provided in this article: Fix mileage tracking issues in QuickBooks Self-Employed for Android.

If you're using an iPhone or iPad, you can follow the steps in this article instead: Fix mileage tracking issues in QuickBooks Self-Employed for iOS.

You can also check your Mileage log to review your vehicles traveled by miles for business over a given time period. Just go to Reports and select Mileage log.

I'm always here to help if you have any other concerns or questions. Just tag my name in the comment section and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
