The security of your information is the most relevant to us and something we take very sincerely here at QuickBooks and Intuit as a whole. I know that it's not easy if your business account was mangled. That's why I'm here to provide troubleshooting steps on how to report fraudulence.
Let's change first the password to make sure your account is protected, and people who previously have access won't be able to log in again.
You can also check the Audit Log in your account to see what users have been making changes to your books and to address it with the user accordingly.
After that, I'd recommend reporting this to our Intuit Security team by sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our Customer Care Team. They can investigate your account and take further action about your subscription.
Go to the Help icon on the top.
Write your concern on the box, then hit Let's talk.
Choose either Start a chat or Get a call.
4. Complete the required information, then submit the request.
