Since this requires pulling up your account information, I'd recommend you talk to our Customer Care team through chat. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Visit this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en/contact
  2. Enter your concern in the Tell us more about your question field, then click Search
  3. Click the Start a Message button. 
  4. Enter all your details in the pop-up window on your left corner. 
  5. Check the box for I'm not a robot. Then, hit Submit

 

Our chat support agent will be there for you shortly. Please have your details ready so they can verify and check your subscription and its charges quickly.

 I need the help from 24/7 customer support. My acct  [removed] is cancel. no payment is due

1-16-2022 I'll call to comfirm on 1-19-2021. i need my service restored now. I work 3nd shift hrs.

Welcome to the Community. Let me share some clarification about contacting QuickBooks support.

 

I know that you need to get hold of someone for an urgent matter. However, the Community is a public forum, and the ability to call or text is unavailable.

 

I'd suggest using the Get a callback or Start a chat feature from the Help menu. Our Support Team has access and tools unavailable to me so that your information is kept secure and private.

 

In case you need the steps, here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right. 
  2. Choose Contact Us
  3. Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? box. 
  4. Click Let's talk
  5. Select Get a callback or Start a chat
  6. Enter your contact information. 
  7. Choose Confirm my call or Send message
