Join nowI can help share information about the mailed 1099, sbell2.
Your vendors should receive their 1099 copies about a week or two after the date they were e-filed. All undelivered mail will be sent back to your company details as the return address.
You may consider reaching out to our Customer Care support team so they can further assist you right away with this. They have the tools to look into your account. You can use this link to contact them: QuickBooks Online Support.

I have the same question. A vendor contacted me today saying they don't want to set up another account with a password just to view the 1099 form - hard to blame them. They were supposed to have been mailed, but I can't figure out how to track them. Other than the email confirmation I got saying the IRS accepted the forms, I can't even tell that I ever set them up in QBO.
Hello, oppyland.
Let me add some additional info about the form.
While we're unable to trace the mailed 1099 forms, you'll want to save a copy through PDF. Then, manually send it to your vendor's email address.
Here's how:
If you decide to print and give the form to your vendors manually, you can check out the steps in this article: Print your 1099 forms.
In addition, I'll share these articles on how your vendors can view their 1099 form or to check other year end task in your account:
Please let me know if there's anything else you need. I'll be right here to help you out. Take care!
