We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.
We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment.

I appreciate how important it is for you to pay your employees' salary on time. We are aware of the issue and are working to remedy it as soon as possible.
If the customer qualifies for same-day payment, the employee should get the money today by 5 pm. Otherwise, they’ll have to wait until the next banking day.
Take a look at the deposit forecast below:
1. Same-day delivery is guaranteed by Friday at 5 p.m.
2. Payment for the following day will be made on Monday.
3. Payroll processing on Thursday will result in deposits on Monday.
