My employees didn’t receive their direct deposits today.

I Can see that payroll taxes came out of our bank account and the employees received their paystub so I processed it properly on my end, but it hasn’t come out of our account. Anyone else?

Same. My bank did not receive the file from Bank of America, QuickBooks bank. Yet it says processed and the pay date is correct. Have you had any luck getting it corrected?

I finally got someone on Chat and this is what she said

"Got it- yes the product experts are aware of this issue and the employees will 100% be paid today, there was a glitch within the system which has caused this issue that is across the entire QBO platform unfortunately, BUT they will be paid today :)"

So now we wait....

My employees didn’t receive their direct deposits today.

No, I have a call into Quickbooks, waiting on them to call me back.  My bank (Alliance) said that they have received MULTIPLE calls this morning and that it's on Quickbooks end.
