My employees have not received their direct deposit


Hello there, @cleanasawhistle0.

 

There are a few possible reasons why your employees haven't received their direct deposit (DD).

 

This usually happens when:  

  • The employee's bank account information was entered incorrectly.
  • There's a problem with the employee's bank.
  • The pay date falls on a weekend or holiday.
  • The DD payroll was submitted after the cutoff time which is 5 PM Pacific Standard Time. When this happens, the payroll will be processed on the next banking day.

However, if your scenario falls on the first two reasons, the funds will be rejected and returned to your account. This process will take 2-3 business days after the pay date. I recommend waiting for the settlement date.

 

In case your employee still did not receive the funds by 5 PM after the settlement date, I suggest contacting our Support Team. From there, they can look to your account securely and check the status of your direct deposit.
