My mileage for 2018 is not showing or available in my account. How do I retrieve this?

Rest assured that this has been worked on with our engineers and they're looking for a permanent fix. I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Support Team so they can add your company details to the affected users' lists. You'll be notified via email once an update is available.
Here's how to contact them:
Click Assistant at the upper right corner.
Type "Talk to a human" at the bottom field.
Enter your question and click I still need a human.
Select either Message an agent or Get a callback.
In the meantime, you'll want to manually track your 2018 mileage.
