I can only think of a browser issue for this unexpected behavior. QuickBooks Online uses cache to load pages seamlessly. However, it may run into problems when it is full.
We can use an incognito or a private browser to confirm. Here's how to open it:
- Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
- Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+
- Safari: Command+Shift+N
Log in to QuickBooks and see if you're able to see the option to pay the 941 tax. If you do, clear the cache of your main browser to help applications run better on your computer. Otherwise, use a supported, up-to-date browser.
