Adjust QuickBooks settings to show all last quarter's paychecks in your Paycheck List. Here's how.
If you're using QuickBooks Online, here's how you can adjust:
- First, go to the left-hand menu and select Payroll.
- Next, select Overview.

- Click on Paycheck List.
- Under the Standard Reports tab, Tap the Filter.

- Then change the Date range to the Last quarter.

- Lastly, press Apply or the equivalent button to refresh the list.
However, if you're using the QuickBooks Desktop. You can follow the steps below:
- In your QBDT, Click on the Employees tab from the main menu.
- Then select Payroll Center.
- In the Payroll Center, go to the Transactions tab and pick Paychecks.
- Above the Paycheck List, you will see a date range filter.
- Set the start date to the beginning of the last quarter and the end date to the end of the quarter.
- Tap Refresh or a similar button to update the list according to the new date range.
