My payroll tax is not working. Is is just a bunch of letters and words. There is nothing I can choose to submit. Is anyone else having this trouble.

In the meantime, let's try a few basic troubleshooting steps to help resolve this payroll tax problem. Using a private browser or incognito window can eliminate any glitches or errors that may be occurring in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Here's how depending on the browser you're using: 

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N 
• Internet Explorer/ Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

If this works, go back to your regular session and clear your browser's history. If not, please gather those additional screenshots so that we can get this problem fixed quickly.

It actually worked yesterday however I did receive a call from a guy in India who say that there were some corrupt files and wanted 899$ to that for me. I told him I use qb online and they should maintain the system. Was this a scam or is qbo wanting me to pay 899$ more about my monthly to fix what ever this is.

First, our representatives will only call you if you requested a callback from them. Also, they won't ask that much charge from you. To avoid these scam phone calls, we highly recommend not disclosing any private information, such as your personal or business phone numbers, email addresses, or credit card details to any strangers or when posting here in the Community. 

If you keep receiving this kind of call or any fraudulent acts, I'd suggest reporting this directly to us by emailing it to spoof@intuit.com. Going back to your concern, I take it that you've already performed the steps given by my peer above. Since your payroll tax isn't working again, you can use another supported browser instead to help fix this. Then, access your Payroll Tax center again.

If the issue persists, I recommend getting in touch with our support team. This way, they can check your account in a secure space and perform a viewing session if needed. Before doing so, please review our support hours guide to ensure they can assist you right away.

Once ready, here's how to proceed:

1. Click the Help (?) menu at the top, and then tap Contact Us.
   
2. In case you're routed to the QB Assistant page, type Contact Us and then select Talk to a human. 
3. Tap the Never mind option, and then choose I still need a human. 
4. Click the Contact Us button.
   
5. Enter your question or concern on the search box, like "I'm unable to access my Payroll Tax," and then click Let's Talk.
   
6. Pick either the Get a call or Start messaging option.
7. Fill out the needed info, and then click Confirm my call or Submit to continue.

Once successful, you can view and print your payroll tax forms and tax payments to review them and keep a copy on hand.
