Also, the Pay taxes option shows depend on the version of payroll you're using. That being said, if you're using the Full, Core, Premium, or Elite Payroll services, Intuit prepares and pay your 941 taxes to the IRS on behalf of your company. But, if you subscribe to QuickBooks Online Payroll or Intuit Online Payroll, you can go to the Tasks page or To Do list on your Homepage. This is another step to view payments and other activities.
If the above steps don't work, we can try accessing QBO via a private browser. This doesn't keep files in its cache and saves the pages you have visited and it's a good place to check for browser issue.
To use a private browser, here's how:
Once logged in, go back and try to pay your taxes again to double-check. For more guidance, feel free to check out this article: Pay payroll taxes electronically or manually.
If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. You can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers to be thorough.

I am having the same problem. Ever since quickbooks went down on the 15th of Sept. I have not been able to pay my payroll taxes after I run payroll because they do not show up to process thru epay until several days later when they are late.

Currently, we have an on-going issue where customers, like you, are unable to pay taxes online. Rest assured that our engineering team have been informed and they've been in all hands working to fix this as soon as possible.
