Let's ensure that your able to purchase the payroll within your QuickBooks Online account.

 

Also, may I ask what exact function or information are you having a problem with? Were you prompted with an error? A screenshot of the specific error would be helpful.

 

In the meantime, if you’re getting browser related errors while setting up payroll, let’s perform the troubleshooting steps below to isolate it.

  • Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account using an incognito or private browser:
    • Google Chrome, press CTRL  + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  + Shift + P
    • Internet Explorer: press CTRL  + Shift + P
    • Safari: press Command + Shift + N
  • Your web browsers stores information and history that may affect its performance. If you’re able to navigate around QuickBooks, you may want to clear the cache of your regular web browsers.

  • If that doesn't do the trick, you may consider using other web browsers.

If the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team. A payroll specialist will be able to verify your payroll subscription you've purchased.

 

Here's how to contact us:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Under How can we help?, type in any keyword about your concern.
  4. Hit Continue.
  5. Click Get a call back to contact us.
