Sometimes, a helping hand is all a business owner needs to prep for tax time. I'm glad to share with you how QuickBooks can be that helping hand for you.
If you're looking for your 2018 W2 form, here's how to view it:
- Go to Taxes.
- Choose Payroll Tax.
- Under the Forms tab, choose Annual Forms.
- Depending on the copy of W2 you want to download, click the W2 link to view it.
If you're trying to view the past W2 forms, here's how:
- Click Taxes.
- Choose the Payroll Tax tab.
- Under Forms, click Annual Forms.
- Click View Archived Forms.
When filling your W2 form via QuickBooks, you don't need to file the physical form anymore. However, if you're submitting the form manually to your tax agency, you use any standard W2 forms (either from IRS or Intuit Market).
