My understanding is overtime is due to employees on commissions. How does Intuit payroll calculate this? When I run payroll on intuit, it does not shows OT on commission.

You need to Enter it. That's a separate pay item and you don't have OT on something that isn't Hours-based. You need to make a Payroll Item for this, as Taxable Compensation. You cannot use an OT Multiplier, since it cannot multiply on something that doesn't exist. For example: New Payroll Item, Hourly, Name it "OT" and use it with Units and set the Rate in Edit Employee. Intuit doesn't Calculate this. You do.
