My workers didn’t get paid and it’s showing processed. What could be the problem?

Hi secondshiftoffic,

The direct deposit delay is already reported. Other Community participants are also sharing that they are experiencing the same concern about employees' direct deposit not posting to their account today. Please let your employees know that we are aware and our engineers of this issue and wait for their pay within the day.

I do appreciate your time in getting this to our attention. You can always post your questions here anytime. Take care!

We are having the same issue and I don't have anyone that I can call to even report the problem. Is there a phone number to contact someone? I have other issues of over charges and I can't find an answer either with the chat or a rep to talk to .....

I have some information on this, @JT1940, @Catherine_B, @ninaallen62.

Thank you for reporting this in the community.  We have resolved the issue from this morning which prevented some direct deposits from being processed as normal.  We expect to see funds available in your employees' bank accounts by the end of the day today.

In the meantime, this status page will have the latest updates and information on the issue while we work through all impacted accounts: http://status.quickbooks.intuit.com/incidents/jnhwslhtskgd

Thank you for your patience as we focus to ensure your employees’ funds are available as soon as possible.
