In order to receive a call, you'll need to initiate the "Call me Back" feature in the QuickBooks Online. Let me help you get in touch with our phone support, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Click Contact us.
- From the description box, enter Need to adjust Payroll in QuickBooks Online.
- Select Let's talk.
- Choose Get a callback.
