Hello there, @pburdette.


Let's first add the new address as the primary state work location. From here, you can set up your new payroll. I can guide on how to do it.

  1. Go to the Gear Icon.
  2. Choose the Payroll Settings.
  3. Select Work Locations.
  4. Click Add a Work Location.
  5. Enter the new work location.
  6. Click Save.

Once completed, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Support team. An agent who has the tools to change the primary location of your account on a secured environment will further assist you.
