To adjust these in your QuickBooks Online account, the best route would be to contact our Customer Support Team so you adjust these successfully. Here's how:
- Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Press the Contact Us button.
- Give a brief description of the issue and hit Let's talk.
- Scroll down and choose to Get a callback.
