We received a PPP loan and opened up a Payroll account at another bank. In the middle of changing over the direct deposits to this account, funds were unavailable in the middle of the change over, so it was paid from your bank source and has our account froze until we send a wire transfer plus $100. in the meantime my employee did not receive his pay this past Friday from the new payroll account.

 

Please wire the amount to remit using the information below. A wire is typically received within 24 hours after bank transmission. However, the hold on your account will not be lifted until all other issues on the payroll account have been resolved.

Once the wire transfer is successful, the system will automatically lift the hold on your account and you can process payroll again.

 

If it was unsuccessful, check for an email with the subject, Important Action Required Urgent Payroll Issue: Intuit Payroll Services - Wire Instructions. Stated there are the reasons why the wire transfer is unsuccessful and how we can fix it.

 

You can also visit your financial institution and ask them to complete the wire transfer. This can help get you back to running your payroll faster.

 

In the meantime, we can create a paper checks to pay your employee.

 

Let me guide you how:

 

  1. From the Payroll tab, select Employees.
  2. Click Run payroll.
  3. Select the pay schedule of the employee.
  4. Select the employee.
  5. You can enter a MEMO.
  6. Click Preview payroll.
  7. Click the Submit payroll button.
