If there are no forms available under the Archived forms, that means these forms weren't archived back then. At this point, I'd recommend you contact our Customer Care team to further assist you in getting your old forms.

Thank you for your reply. Days ago, I saw CA DE-9 was going to file in COMING UP section of Payroll Tax Center and I can preview it . After the CA DE-9 form is filed, the actual CA DE-9 form disappear even in Archived Forms section. Only form 941 is found in Archived Forms section.
Another thing is, there is way to check the quarterly form section as mention in this thread : Payroll page shows unnecessary CA DE 9 / 9C payroll items? (intuit.com)
Wondering step 3 is obsolete?
