My contractors are having issues as well. One said they couldn't log in to see their 1099's, and another one of my contractors was able to login and got a message saying her 1099 was NOT AVAILABLE.
I am getting calls off the hook from upset employees....This is a mess!

None of my employees have received their w2's for 2021? I am quite disappointed with Intuit! They have no problem charging us the fees! All they have to do is mail the documents on time!

Oftentimes, the stored data of their regular browser becomes overwhelmed which potentially affects your browser's performance when navigating in QuickBooks. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data and helps us confirm browser-related issues. Here's how:
If it works, you'd want to clear the cache of your regular browser to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. Also, you can use other supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.
As an employer, you can email/print your employees a copy of their W2s. Here's how:

What does browser Caching and using Incognito windows have to do with QuickBooks Online not sending emails and/or printed W-2s and 1099s as they said they would and we have paid for the service.
This is outrageous. QuickBooks says that they will do something, we as customers and businesses do what we need to do by the deadline and then QuickBooks doesn't do their part but charges us for the service anyway?
Can you please just answer the questions, why have none of my Employees received their W-2s via email or mail (printed) and why have none of my Contractors received their 10922 via email or mail (printed). I have been on with QuickBooks Chat for 30+ mins and have only gotten so far as to verify my company and identify.
I wanted to chime in and cover some details about our payroll services.
If you have Core, Premium, Elite, Full Service or Assisted Payroll, Intuit will print and mail employee W-2s for you automatically. However, for Enhanced or other do-it-yourself subscriptions, it must be done manually. I've included some steps to print the W-2s manually below, in case you're using our Enhanced or other do-it-yourself subscription.

Again your response does not answer the question. I do have the service that said they would do it for me.
Did you (QuickBooks support) know that there is an issue under investigation where not just my company but other companies as well as experiencing the same problem of W-2s not being delivered via email or mail?
Did you know that there are other companies reporting the same issue of 1099s not being delivered electronically, emails not being sent to Contractors to access their 1099s electronically and 1099s that show as submitted on QuickBooks Online have not been sent to contractors?
This has nothing to do with my service type, browser caching, or lack of understanding of how the system works nor me not completing the forms and tasks in QuickBooks Online.
This is an issue that support confirmed others are reporting. It is very sad that support knows less about their systems than your customers do.
I agree with you. By law they are suppose to be postmarked by 1/31 and to pay for the service and them not do it is Outrageous! and not everyone can go online to get them. Im SO glad that I dont pay them to do it and that I did mine myself. Quickbooks seems to be falling short yet again. They need to address their "lack of" or they will loose more customers

All W-2s that were mailed will be delivered within 7 business days. If your employees haven't received the forms on the allocated time, I'd suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Support to have this investigated.
All account and payroll form-related concerns need to be directed to our phone support for security purposes. Unlike in this public forum, they have the tools required to perform any escalations in the system whenever necessary on your behalf.

Already been contacted and was no help. Only thing the support specialists said was they have been mailed out on 01/21 and she would give it another week. Which is a waste of time if they have been mailed out on the 21st because if they were we should already have them by now.
