Let's check to see if the paycheck was successfully submitted as Direct Deposit.
1. On the left panel, select Workers. 2. From the right corner, click the Paycheck list. 3. Under the Pay Method column, you can see what method did you created.
If not, I suggest creating a manual check for your employee on the next payroll. If you already created the paycheck as Direct Deposit and the employee still did not receive the money in two business days, I suggest calling call our Customer Support Team.
Here's how :
1. Open your QuickBooks Account. 2. At the top right, click the Help mark icon. 3. Click Contact Us. 4. Enter your question in What can we help you with? page. 5. Click Lets Talk. 6. You'll be routed into the Choose a way to connect with us page. 7. Select how you want to contact them and fill in the information.
