To sync the downloaded transactions to the correct GL accounts, you need to check the map settings. You need to check the categories into which your payroll transactions will map into QBO.
I recommend calling the app's developer to help you map the transactions correctly. They can help you determine the correct settings.

- Select an App card.
- Select the Support tab.
