Hi vlv11,

I'll show you how to edit and change your company information in QuickBooks Desktop.

  1. Go to Company and choose My Company.
  2. Click on the pencil icon to edit.
  3. In the Company Identification section and enter your new Employer Identification Number (EIN).
  4. Go to Report Information and choose Form 110S (S Corporation) from the Income Tax Form Used drop-down menu.
  5. Click on OK.

Then, let's revalidate your service key to verify your payroll subscription in QuickBooks.

  1. Go to Employees and hover your mouse to My Payroll Service.
  2. Choose Manage Service Key.
  3. Click on Edit and select Next.
  4. Uncheck the Open Payroll Setup box.
  5. Click on Finish.

Otherwise, contact our QuickBooks Payroll Support Team. Our payroll experts have the tools to add your new EIN on your payroll account.

  1. Go to this link https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop and click Continue as a guest.
  3. Choose the version of QuickBooks you're using.
  4. Select a topic.
  5. Click on Start a Message.

Let me also share this article on how to update your account name, legal business name and address.
