Our MAKE PAYMENT links have been replaced with a SCHEDULE PAYMENT links. And when we click it nothing happens.

Hi there, TyddynDuFarm.

 

The MAKE PAYMENT option is on a Bill, on the Expenses and on the transaction list pages. Can you please provide a screenshot of it being replaced with scheduled payments? Is this a recurring payment?

And when I click on the hyperlink NOTHING happens

I need to mark bills as paid.

We currently have an ongoing issue wherein customers has the Schedule Payment option instead of Make Payment when paying bills. Our engineers are already aware of this behavior and now investigating to get this resolved as soon as possible.

 

To be notified about the latest status of this matter, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They'll add you to the list of the affected users and give you details once updates are available.

 

Here's how you can reach them:

  1. Click on Help at the top menu bar.
  2. Hit on the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter a brief description of the issue in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. Press on Let's talk.
  5. Select on Get a callback.
  6. Key in your contact details, then tap on Confirm my call.

I took all the steps you laid out. I am still waiting for help.

 

Our business still cannot pay bills. Will we be getting a refund for the weeks this has been offline?

All of your new services... Priority Circle... Bill Pay... are starting to feel spammy and ironic. You're rolling them all out when your core services are still not working.

 

I want the service we already pay for to work. I want to bill customers, accept payments and pay bills.

 

Basic book-keeping.
