Our payroll did not direct deposit into our employees bank accounts. That has never happened before. It says it has but it has not. The chat and phone lines are not on.

I hit this issue too, there is a note that says that DD will hit their accounts by end of today (if today is their paydate)

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.
