Our payroll shows as direct deposited yesterday, 4/29 at 2:47pm for a 4/30 pay day deposit, but no employees received their direct deposit today! What is going on QB?

We received a payroll direct deposit receipt showing all direct deposits were processed. However, none were deposited into employee bank accounts. No one is available via QB chat or phone. Can we be assured that our DD will hit everyone's accounts today, on pay day?!?!?

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.


We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment.
