Hello @kfresh

You have two options that'll help you file your 941 tax form and payment. I'm here to share them and help you from there.

To start with, if you've subscribed to electronic filing of your tax forms and payment, the following steps below will help you prepare your 941:

Preparing your tax form:

  1. Go to Taxes.
  2. Select Payroll Tax.
  3. Under Forms, tap Quarterly forms.
  4. Choose your 941 tax form.
  5. Hit View.
  6. Click Submit.

Preparing your tax payment:

  1. Go to Taxes.
  2. Select Payroll Taxes.
  3. Under Taxes, tap Pay Taxes.
  4. Choose your 941 tax liability.
  5. Tap Create Payment.
  6. Hit E-pay.
  7. Click Done.

Here's an article you can read to learn more about how you can prepare your 941 tax form and payment: Pay and file payroll taxes electronically.

But if you aren't subscribed to the electronic filing of your tax form and payment, you may want to consider manually submitting it directly to IRS. I've got you this article for the detailed steps: File quarterly tax forms.

If there's anything else that I can help you with, please let me know in the comment section down below. I'm always around happy to lend a helping hand.
