Paid an employee by mistake she wasnt suppose to get a check

We can either delete or void the paycheck, clioautomall7227.

 

If you have manually created a paycheck, we can void it. I'll show you how:

 

  1. From the Employees menu, select Edit/Void Paychecks.
  2. Filter the paycheck date.
  3. Select the paycheck.
  4. Click Void.

 

If it's through direct deposit and it's not yet processed, we can still delete it.

 

  1. Click the Employees menu, and then select Payroll Center.
  2. In the Recent Payrolls section, locate the paycheck and click the net pay.
  3. In the Paycheck Detail window, double-click the paycheck you wanted to delete.
  4. Click Delete at the upper-left.
  5. Select Yes to delete the transaction.

 

However, if it was processed, you'll have to make a direct deposit reversal. This may help us return the funds to your account. For this to happen, you'll have to contact our Phone Support team

 

Just a heads up, there's a direct deposit reversal fee, even if you don't get the money back.
