Pay stub stuck in "items to send" for payroll cloud services
I submitted weekly pay stub info through payroll cloud services, and one is still stuck there. I have tried sending multiple times. Using QuickBooks Desktop Premier Manufacturing and Wholesale 2018 version. Downloaded all recent payroll updates. Ran a data verify which found no errors. Went into "Manage Payroll Cloud Services" to make sure employee was signed up, which he is although I'm not sure this matters. I have been using this feature (send payroll info online for QuickBooks Workforce/View My Paychecks) since April and have never had this issue. Nothing has changed with this employee, no changes to his file, I cannot see any reason for this pay stub to be stuck. I am not using direct deposit feature through QuickBooks, just trying to upload pay stub data. Any suggestions, or anyone else have this happen?
