Currently, we have an ongoing issue with viewing pay stubs in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Our engineers are closely working on getting this resolved.
For now, I recommend contacting our Support Specialists this time. One of them will be able to add you to the investigation number INV-27926. Once you're on the list of affected users, you'll be able to receive updates via Email regarding the status.
