Buy nowso we process payroll the same way every two weeks, this pay period comes and no one gets their paycheck, we call to be told it's delayed but they don't know why, we never get a response from them only asking us how they did, are you serious ? you OFFER next day deposits, if you can't deliver REGARDLESS of the EXCUSE , don't offer it . they are blaming it on chase bank, but what about those who got charged FEES because their checks were not there on time, just got off the phone with them their answer is they wont do anything about it. lol wanna bet, my lawyer will be in touch.
Yea, I feel your pain! I set mine up on the auto check because I'm salary get paid once per month. My check didn't show up. I called and they said that it was because my account got suspended (which is true because THEY didn't process their payment for services) and was back up and running in about 30 mins. NEVER did they send something to tell me the DD was turned off. NOWHERE in my system did it say it was canceled. I 'chatted' with them at 9p on a Friday and they were like 'oh well! You can reprocess now and get paid on Monday'. It didn't hit my account until about 3 pm and 3 NSF fees later. Requested reimbursement and they didn't even respond to my message! I was and am LIVID! I get paid once per month and this is unacceptable.
