Can you please check the employee's profile and go to the Pay types section. Does it also say Salary in there? If yes, you can do the browser troubleshooting steps like using a private window and clearing your cached files. If not, please contact our QBO Support to check this further using more tools.
Shortcut keys for private browsing:
- Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
- Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
- Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.
Contact QBO Support:
- Click Help and choose Search.
- Click Contact us at the bottom.
- Enter a summary of your concern and click Continue.
- Select Chat or Get a callback.
