I terminated an employee and tried to enter the information in QB as a paper check. My plan was to print out the paystub and write a paper check to the employee, but I got a pop up with QB saying check will be delivered to employee in one day. I'm confused! Is QB sending her a check?
Edit your employee to see the delivery option of her paycheck. It sounds like it may be set to direct deposit. You have to change that to paper check in the settings first and then create the paycheck.
