payment issues

My client said - he has paid my payment on Monday. via direct deposit.

 

He has the same day lead time.

 

Today is thursday and still I haven't received any payment notification from qbo and no idea on where's the payment? Another scam by QBO? 

 

Your support team is useless I would say. they are just closing the chat.

Yes I have the same issue.  They told me that the payment was processed on 7/18 and then when I called today was told that my QuickBooks merchant account wasn't complete then to come back and say that my payment is pending.  Like which one is it. I checked my QBO, QBOA and GoPayment account all are saying different things. 

I just want to receive my money that's all....

I have contacted your support team a total of 1000+ times. 

 

They are not helping me at all. I am not getting any response, my payment. zero help.

 

Is this another scam going on? You have stolen my hard earned money.

 

My client has said - Money has been debited from my client's on Monday.

 

Today is thursday.

 

My money has been stolen by you - Quickbooks team.

 

I have no idea how this scam is being operated.

it's Friday now.

 

Monday - Friday : Still I haven't received the payment. You have scammed me for sure.

 

I am the vendor. My client has sent the money on monday and today it's friday.

 

No sign of where the payment is. Total disaster. You should stop scamming people. Cheater

I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support team. They can check the status of your payment, which we're unable to do here in the Community. You can also schedule a callback or initiate a chat.
Here's how:
 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.

You literally need to re-look at what i mentioned. Hope you know english very well.
