Yes, QuickBooks can tabulate your payroll and use direct deposit to pay your employees, @MistyM123.

Hello,
I want the direct deposit to come directly from my bank and not from QB. They will not increase my weekly limit high enough to pay all my employees. So I need QB to generate and keep track of what each employee is getting each week and i will do a direct deposit from my bank.
Appreciate the update, @MistyM123. I'll share insights about the direct deposit in QuickBooks.

Since you want to process the funds directly taken from your payroll bank account, I suggest sending a request via feedback. I'll show you how.
Meanwhile, you can send us a request discussing the need to increase the limit placed on your direct deposit payroll. Use this article to learn more: What To Do if there is an Error Message About Direct Deposit Limits?
