need to break down payroll on line by location. Desktop is wonderful with this.

Payroll broken down by location

The option to break down payroll by location is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). You can run reports by class to keep track of your payroll expenses. When you assign a class to each employee in the payroll settings, payroll will automatically be categorized.

Alternatively, you may record payroll data as Journal Entries to define Class and Location.
