Payroll checks printing in wrong account. Need to change to Gen II (payroll account). Please Help

Payroll checks printing in wrong account. Need to change to Gen II (payroll account). Please Help

Thanks for posting your question here, @magroves1976

 

You can update the account that your direct deposit paychecks and fees will post to: 

  1. Choose Employees and then select Send Payroll Data
  2. On the Send/Receive data page, click on Preferences
  3. In the Account Preferences, go to the new bank account from the drop-down list. 
  4. Pick OK to save your changes. 
  5. Select Close on the Send/Receive Data window.
