Does anyone have a USA based contact for QuickBooks and payroll? I have been given the run around for two weeks now on accounts that the payroll department has suspended with no explanation as to why. Every time I contact customer service I get the same answer. We will call you back but they don't. I'm having real issues that I need answers on and I just get that they back office doesn't talk to customers. I am a CPA and have been running QB payroll for years. I have never had this problem... I can't even get anyone to tell me why the accounts are suspended.
