Payroll Contact for USA

Does anyone have a USA based contact for QuickBooks and payroll?  I have been given the run around for two weeks now on accounts that the payroll department has suspended with no explanation as to why.  Every time I contact customer service I get the same answer.  We will call you back but they don't.  I'm having real issues that I need answers on and I just get that they back office doesn't talk to customers.  I am a CPA and have been running QB payroll for years.  I have never had this problem...  I can't even get anyone to tell me why the accounts are suspended.

I appreciate you for reaching out to us about the suspended accounts. I would feel the same way too in that situation if the issues concerning the accounts take too long and remain unresolved.


If only I have the tools here in the Community, I would be able to help check the reason for the suspended accounts. However, this is a public forum, and the option to do so is unavailable.


As of now, there's no direct way to speak with a US-based representative about the payroll concern. Currently, when contacting support, the system will route users to a general line only.


I'd advise you to contact us again to check your account and follow up regarding the problem. If you have a case number, you can provide it to help streamline the process.


Your case number has the previous agent's notes according to what happened to your issue. This way, you won't be repeating yourself.


Here's how you can reach them:


  1. Go to the Help menu of the company file, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Hit the Contact us link.
  3. Click Search for something else.
  4. Enter your concernthen tap Search.
  5. Click on Start a Message.
