Payroll did not run

Hi there, rebeccacaskey.

 

We understand how important it is to pay your employees on time. I've recently answered the same post earlier, other users are also sharing similar experiences at the moment.

 

In the meantime, please inform your employees to wait for their paycheck within the day. I've also informed our engineers about this behavior and to check for any updates. You can also contact our support team, so they can check the status of your direct deposit submissions.

 

Like this:

 

  1. Login to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Help.
  3. Make sure to select the Search tab on the pop-up window, then click on Contact Us.
  4. Enter the description of your concern.
  5. Click on Continue.
  6. Choose a way to connect:
  • Chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.

It will also provide details for the availability of each option.
