Buy nowI updated the direct deposit bank account it is drafted from. That is completed, however the payroll still post to the old account in quickbooks. Any solution for this?
You're on the right track, @texas210. We'll walk you through correcting the posting account for your payroll transactions inside QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
Since you already modified the bank account used to manage direct deposits, ensure to update the payroll posting account to your preferred account inside the program. This way, it'll no longer post transactions in your old payroll bank account. These are the steps:

Updating the account for direct deposit doesn't change existing data. To do that, edit the data and change the account as needed.
