Just to clarify, are you referring to the test transaction when first connecting your bank for direct deposit? If so, this process can take a bit of time, such as up to three business days for QuickBooks Online Payroll and QuickBooks Full Service Payroll. If it's been longer than three business days and you've not seen a transaction with your bank or an email confirming the debit, I'd recommend contacting Payroll Support. They can pull up your account in a secure environment and assist with connecting a bank account.
