I have some information about correcting your paycheck date. If these paychecks are not direct deposit paychecks, you can delete and re-create them to correct the date. Let me guide you how.
To delete:
- Go to Payroll, then select Employees.
- Tap the Paycheck list link.
- Tick each paycheck you want to delete.
- Click Delete.
However, if it's direct deposit paychecks and has already been submitted, you'll have to contact our Payroll Support Team. They can process the adjustment for you. Follow these steps to reach out.
- In your QBO account, go to Help at the top.
- Scroll down and click Get help from a human.
- Choose Have us call you. Enter your details.
- Hit Confirm call.
