Payroll Employee Portal shows zero sick and vacation time, but it's wrong.

My boss confirmed that I have 32.02 hours of vacation time accrued, and 6 hours of sick time available, but my Payroll Employee Portal is showing 0 for both.

Hello there, ingrid,

I'm here to provide some details about vacation and sick time accrued in your payroll employee portal.

I received an update that there is currently an ongoing investigation regarding the payroll employee portal showing zero or has missing Paid Time Off (PTO) hours. We are still working to get it fixed as soon as possible.

As a workaround, you can try to open your employee portal using a private browser. This way, you can verify if this is caused by the system or your browser. If it works, it would be a good idea to clear your cache and cookies to remove your historical data from previously visited websites.

In case you've already tried the workaround provided above and you still can't view your PTO hours, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks Workforce so your account will be added to the list of affected users. This way we can notify you when the issue is resolved.
