Payroll enhanced license

Hi, I was able to activate my payroll license on the computer in my office. When I tried to use the same license on the laptop at home, it didn't work. Can you instruct me how to use the same payroll license on my laptop? Thank you very much!

There are a few possible reasons why we encounter errors reactivating your payroll. It could be damaged data, outdated product, incorrect service key. Before we do any troubleshooting steps, I'd recommend updating the following:

• QuickBooks release version
• Payroll Tax Table release version

After that, we reenter your service key to reactivate your payroll feature in QuickBooks.
